These terms govern your use of the Football Travel Group website and any booking made through one of our specialist travel brands.

Football Travel Group ("FTG", "we", "us") is the parent company behind a portfolio of specialist football travel brands. Each brand operates under its own name but shares FTG's booking terms, ticketing partners, and customer support unless stated otherwise on that brand's site.
A booking is confirmed once we issue a written confirmation and receive any required deposit or payment in full. Prices for travel packages, match tickets, and add-ons are quoted in the currency shown at checkout and may change until a booking is confirmed.
You are responsible for checking that names, travel dates, and ticket categories on your confirmation are correct — match tickets in particular are often non-transferable once issued.
Cancellation terms vary by brand, supplier, and how close to departure you cancel. Match tickets, flights, and accommodation are frequently non-refundable once booked with the underlying supplier, even if your overall package can be amended.
Where a cancellation is possible, refer to the specific brand's booking confirmation or contact our team for the applicable fees.
Match dates, kick-off times, and venues are set by the relevant football clubs, leagues, and competition organizers — not by us. If a fixture is rescheduled, relocated, or played behind closed doors, we will help you rebook travel where possible, but cannot guarantee a refund for services already delivered or non-refundable with suppliers.
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including adverse weather, strikes, government action, or venue security decisions.
You agree to comply with the venue's ground regulations, the relevant league's fan conduct rules, and any instructions from our travel staff. We reserve the right to refuse further service to anyone whose conduct puts other travelers, staff, or the group's accreditation with clubs and ticketing partners at risk.
Where we act as an agent arranging services provided by third parties (airlines, hotels, ticketing partners, ground transport), our liability is limited to our own acts and to making those arrangements with reasonable care and skill. We do not accept liability for the acts or omissions of independent third-party suppliers.
